Vitthala Temple Sculpture Hampi

Description

The Vitthala Temple is one of the most extravagant architectural attraction of Hampi. It was built in the 15th century AD, during the reign of King Devaraya II, one of the rulers of the Vijayanagara Empire. It is dedicated to Lord Vitthala, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

The temple is built in the Dravidian style of architecture, marked by elaborate and artistic carvings and magnificent architecture.
